Reshma, who is in business for herself with the launching of Carina’s Caribbean Hot Sauce, had her Launching Party on September 22 from the Immokalee Culinary Accelerator located @ 170 Air Park Blvd, #103 at The Immokalee Airport. “It has always been a dream of mine to set up my own business,” Reshma said. Presently, Reshma is the Sales Manager for Carina’s store and she has a website which is www.carinasstore. At the launching party, Reshma had lots of community attendees including a representative from the Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee, a local food service director along with Reshma’s husband and his parents who came out to help support along with lots of other community friends. Reshma told all the attendees at the Chamber Breakfast meeting that there are lots of hot sauces on the market, but the one unique thing about her products are that they are all organic! If any interested person has a desire to set up a business in the food industry, please contact www.the culinary accelerator.com/events for additional information.
