Can you believe we’re already heading into December? The school year is moving fast and there are some important dates and reminders to share with you. We have been lucky this year not to have needed any of our hurricane make-up days. Therefore, next Friday, December 7, is a day off for students and staff. We hope this early reminder will allow you to make any necessary arrangements for the care of your child. We then head into the holidays! There will be no school for students December 24-January 2. We hope that you enjoy your time together as a family. Don’t forget to pick up a book or two while you are away! Reading with your child can be so important to their learning and development. Students will then return to the classroom on Thursday, January 3. We look forward to another wildly successful second half of the school year! And if you’re curious as to just how well your child performed the first half of the year, report cards will be distributed on Tuesday, January 8.
