COLLIER COUNTY – National Voter Registration Day is on Sept. 27 and the Collier County Supervisor of Elections office will host various voter registration drives throughout Collier County in an effort to register voters in time to vote in the Nov. 8 General Election.
Diplomats from the elections office will be at various locations including Hertz Estero, the Collier County Government Complex and most county libraries throughout the day. In order to vote in the 2016 General Election, voters must be registered to vote by midnight on Tuesday, Oct. 11.
A downloadable voter registration application can be found on the Supervisor of Elections website at www.CollierVotes.com under the "Register to Vote" tab. The Supervisor of Elections office is located at 3750 Enterprise Avenue in Naples. Regular business hours are from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The satellite office is located at the North Collier Government Service Center, 2335 Orange Blossom Drive, in Naples and is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Registered voters who need to make updates to their name and/or address are encouraged to do so before voting at the polls by calling 239-252-VOTE.
