An Immokalee man has been arrested and charged with felony reckless driving causing a serious bodily injury to another, misdemeanor reckless driving causing property damage, and violation of learners license restrictions after an April 25 crash at 914 Miraham Terrace. Seventeen-year-old Anthony Herrera sustained minor injuries when he reportedly drove into a mobile home after not slowing to initiate a left turn from Miraham Drive onto Miraham Terrace. The 2004 Chevy Tahoe became wedged under the mobile home causing substantial damage to the vehicle. Herrera’s mother, Doraella Hernandez was also issued a criminal citation for allowing an unauthorized person to drive her vehicle.
