HONOLULU - Okeechobee High School senior Christopher Evan participated in the 2025 Tiki Bowl held from Dec. 17-22 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
The Tiki Bowl is an all-star football event that brings together elite high school athletes from across the country. The Tiki Bowl highlights athletes who exemplify dedication, skill, and character, and Evans’ invitation reflects years of hard work and commitment to the sport. Competing on a national stage allowed him to represent the Class of 2026 while gaining valuable experience against top-tier talent.
Evans played quarterback for the Brahman varsity football team, and an All-District nomination for his play this season.
Evans made an impact at multiple positions throughout the Tiki Bowl. He took the field as a quarterback, wide receiver, and cornerback, showcasing his ability to contribute on both offense and defense while demonstrating leadership and high-level football intelligence.
Family, coaches, teammates, and supporters expressed immense pride in Evans’ achievement. As he continues to develop and pursue his football goals, this milestone marks an important step in what promises to be a bright future.
