OKEECHOBEE — The Kiwanis Club had the pleasure of hearing from John Ramfjord, Senior Director of Development of IRSC. John joined IRSC in July and he is focused on educating the community on the Promise Program. This program fills in gaps which allows students to graduate debt free with an AA or AS degree. It is only available at the Okeechobee Dixon Hendry campus. Pictured are: Maria Johnson - IRSC campus director, Dowling Watford - Kiwanis secretary and John Ramfjord. [Photo courtesy Kiwanis Club]
