OKEECHOBEE -- The Okeechobee County Code Enforcement Special Magistrate will hear the following cases on Tuesday, Feb. 20, at 9 a.m. in the auditorium of the Okeechobee County Health Department. 1728 N.W. Ninth Avenue.

If the property owners correct the violations by Feb. 15, 2024, the cases could be dismissed.

The 18102 U.S. Highway 441 N. property owned by Paulino Ramirez Martin and Zaida Silvia Ramos was cited for unauthorized occupancy of an RV, trash and debris, overgrowth, outdoor storage and dumping.   

The 18782 N.W. 304^th Street property owned by Rodrigo Posada has been cited for an unauthorized shipping container and unauthorized use of land.  

The 3903 S.E. 26^th Street property owned by William Stanley Watson was cited for overgrown grass and weeds.  

The 1433 44^th Avenue property owned by Joquin Pinon and Hector Pinon Jr. was sited for abandoned/unlicensed/inoperable vehicles on vacant land.  

The 15838 N.W. 312^th Street property owned by Robert Ryan Townsend and Laura Emily Towsend was cited for outdoor storage, unpermitted structures and building without proper permits.  

The 19726 N.W. 302^nd Street property owned by Miquel Antonio Vargas Medina was cited for unpermitted structure and parked/stored water vessel.

The 9172 SE 59^th Drive property owned by Raul Ruiz was cited for unauthorized occupancy of an RV, abandoned/inoperable vehicles, overgrowth, outdoor storage and dumping and maintenance of nuisance.

The 9174 S.E. 61^st Drive property owned by Danielle Erin Vonderau and Gloria-Jean Vonderau was cited for overgrowth, outdoor storage and dumping, maintenance of nuisance and discoloration of mobile home.

The 9205 S.E. 60^th Drive property owned by Michelle Clarice Kruger was cited for parking, storage use of certain vehicles, maintenance of nuisance, unauthorized use of land or building, overgrown grass and weeds.

The 18989 N.W. 302^nd Street property owned by Luciano Pontes was cited for unauthorized parking/stored recreational vehicle and unauthorized use of land.

The 2243 N.W. Third Street property owned by Robert Eubanks and Judy Eubanks was cited for outdoor storge, trash and debris and overgrown weeds/grass.

The 7527 N.W. 30^th Street property owned by Chester Woodall was cited for boarded windows, derelict structure, outdoor storage, trash and debris, discarded building material and inoperable vehicle.

The 2504 N.W. 46^th Avenue property owned by Harriet J. Savage was cited for abandoned and dilapidated structures, damaged roof and overgrown weeds/grass.

The 2973 N.W. 47^th Avenue property owned by Jennifer Lynn Sippert-Curbelo and Stephanie Marie Sippert was cited for inoperable vehicle, outdoor storage, unpermitted structure-unlawful construction without first obtaining a permit.

The 3078 N.W. 35^th Drive property owned by Paulino Ramirez Martin and Zaida Silvia Ramos was cited for unauthorized occupancy of an RV, trash and debris, overgrowth, outdoor storage and dumping.
