OKEECHOBEE -- The Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office received a letter informing them that groups from the Seventh Day Adventist Church will be out visiting homes in Okeechobee from May 30 until August 19.
The visits will be between 10 a.m. and sunset in order not to bother residents.
The letter was sent to let the sheriff know the group wants to work with local communities to avoid potential problems.
