The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
• Kyle Fussel, 23, Felda, was arrested Dec. 10 by OCSO and charged with carrying a concealed firearm. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Thomas McGill Jr., 40, was arrested Dec. 10 by OCSO and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, possession of methamphetamine and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Andrea Hatfield, 26, Northwest 24th Drive, was arrested Dec. 10 by OCSO and charged with grand theft and two counts giving false information to a pawn shop. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Logan Watt, 28, Southeast 25th Street, was arrested Dec. 11 by OCSO and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. Bond was set at $7,500.
• Evin Robertson, 26, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Dec. 11 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Thomas Carroll, 49, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Dec. 11 by OPD and charged with driving without a license third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Judy Anderson, 37, Northeast 13th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 12 by OCSO and charged with grand theft auto. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Yanel Garcia, 30, Northwest 17th Street, was arrested Dec. 13 by OCSO and charged with DUI. She was released on her own recognizance.
• Janet Kadlec, 32, Southeast 34th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 12 by OCSO and charged with child neglect without great bodily harm and with DUI. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Jesse Zipperer II, 34, Southeast 43rd Street, was arrested Dec. 14 by OCSO and charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoid and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Bruce Snell Jr., 25, Northwest 11th Street, was arrested Dec. 15 by OCSO and charged with fleeing/eluding a marked patrol unit, possession of a gun or ammunition by a convicted felon and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $10,500.
• Aaron Locklear, 32, Fort Pierce, was arrested Dec. 16 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $36,000.
