Okeechobee Arrest Report

OKEECHOBEE -- The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Christopher Wayne Cain, 50, of N.E. 39th Ave., was arrested April 15 and charged with sale of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a church and possession of oxycodone within 1,000 feet of a church. Bond was set at $12,000.

• Lebron Jaborrie, 17, of N.E. 168th Street, was arrested April 15, and charged with battery, inmate on inmate. The incident occurred in the Okeechobee County Jail. Bond was set at $5,000. OCSO Deputy Ramiro Doval was the arresting officer.

• Travis James Larson, 42, of SW 30th Terrace, was arrested April 15 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500. OPD Officer J. Francis was the arresting officer.

• Estela Mears, 38, of NE 37th Street, was arrested April 15, and charged with drug equipment violations. She was also charged with a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $500. OPD Officer Mark Lanning was the arresting officer.

• Jose Umberto Alvarez, 25, of Winter Garden, was arrested April 18, and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Roselin Gomez Perez, 33, of N.W. 46th Avenue, was arrested April 18 and charged with possession of methamphetamine. She was also charged with a misdemeanor charge of battery. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Camyrn Rae Cashwell, 22, of N.E. 29th Terrace, was arrested April 18, and charged with DUI. OCSO Deputy B. Rogers was the arresting officer.

• Agustin Carlos Cornejo, 25, was arrested April 18 and charged with possession of cocaine.

• William Edward Lewis, 42, of S.W. 16th Avenue, was arrested April 18, and charged with criminal mischief with damages more than $1,000, tampering with or fabricating evidence, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. He was also charged with a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $9,000.

• Andrew Martinez, 22, of Winter Garden, was arrested April 18 and charged with DUI. OCSO Deputy R. Varnadore was the arresting officer.

• John Lee Vukovich Jr., 37, of S.E. 39th Avenue, was arrested April 19 and charged with fraudulent use of credit cards, two or more times within a 6 month period. Bond was set at $5,000. OCSO Deputy J.L. Knapp was the arresting officer.

• Brittany Allyn Stricker, 28, of N.E. Second Street, was arrested April 17, and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine. She was also charged with a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.

• Sherri Lee Stephenson, 33, of S.W. 34th Terrace, was arrested April 14 and charged with tampering with an electronic monitoring device. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Kyler Vance Pasley, 16, of S.E. 19th Court, was arrested April 14 and charged with grand theft, less than $5,000.

• Miranda Joy Delaney, 33, of S.E. 14th Terrace, was arrested April 14 and charged with DUI. OPD Officer J. Francis was the arresting officer.

• Barry J. Claypool, 66, was arrested April 14 and charged with battery on a person age 65 or older. Bond was set at $5,000. OCSO Deputy J. Knapp was the arresting officer.

• Mark Daniel Smedley, 39, of Billie Road, was arrested April 15 and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $10,000. OCSO Deputy Camino was the arresting officer.

• Alphonso Tyrone Morris Jr., of N.E. 15th Avenue, was arrested April 15 on a charged of sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a church and possession of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a church. Bond was set at $80,000.

• Krystal Suzanne Nelson, 42, of S.E. 35th Avenue, was arrested April 15 by OCSO Deputy M. Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.

• Bryan Daniel Corwin, 31, of S.W. 16th Avenue, was arrested April 20 by OCSO Deputy D. Satallante and charged with aggravated battery, grand theft of a motor vehicle and fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer with lights and siren active. Bond was set at $32,500.

• Jospeh Michael Lee, 60,  was arrested April 20 by OCSO Deputy J. Gonzalez and charged with sexual battery on a victim under age 18 and older than age 12. No bond was set.

• Elyxis Breann Ramaglia, 20, of S.E. 11th Street, was arrested April 19 on a felony warrant for Failure to Appear in Court. No bond was set.

• Lance Wayne Hamilton, 26, of U.S. Highway 441 S.E., was arrested April 21 by OCSO Deputy M. Cauley and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $25,000.

• Precious Nicole Hllis, 36, of N.E. 14th Street, was arrested April 21, and charged with sale of a controlled substance (Oxycodone) and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Bond was set at $80,000.

• Rufus Tiger, 52, of N.W. 110th Street, was arrested April 21, and charged with possession of a controlled substance (Hydromoprhone), possession of methamphetamine. He was also charged with misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,500.

•  James Marshall HIll, 57, of U.S. Highway 441 S.E. was arrested April 22 and charged with DUI. OCSO Deputy M. Esquivel was the arresting officer. Bond was set at $500.

•  Jacqueline Serrano, 44, of N.W. 47th Avenue, was arrested April 22 and charged with sexual battery by someone age 24 or older on a victim age 16 or 17. Bond was set at $10,000. OCSO Deputy B. Cross was the arresting officer.

• Robert Allen Skinner, 26, of Sebring, was arrested April 22,  and charged with sexual battery on a person under the age of 18, older than 12. Bond was set at $250,000. OCSO Deputy J. Gonzalez was the arresting officer.

•  Tylia Nicole Thomas, 16, of N.E. 11th Street, was arrested April 22, and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer or firefighter. She was  turned over to Department of Juvenile Justice.
