Okeechobee Arrest Report
The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
• Troy Booker, 42, Southwest Fifth Street, was arrested May 13 by OCSO and charged with two counts possession with intent to sell fentanyl within 1,000 feet of a specified area. Bond was set at $200,000.
• Joseph Lee, 60, Northeast 304th Street, was arrested May 13 by OCSO and charged with lewd or lascivious conduct. Bond was set at $100,000.
• Lauren Whitlow, 26, Indiana, was arrested May 13 by OCSO and charged with battery inmate on inmate. Bond was set at $3,500.
• Magin Cardenas, 33, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested May 16 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, two counts possession of New Legend drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,250.
• Justin Jarriel, 30, Southwest Ninth Lane, was arrested May 16 by OCSO on an Okeechobee County Warrant for providing false information to a pawn broker. He was also charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,750.
• Phillip Josselyn, 59, Southeast 25th Trail, was arrested May 15 by OCSO and charged with DUI. His breath test results were reportedly 0.183 and 0.187. Bond was set at $500.
• Amanda Olivas, 41, Southwest 19th Street, was arrested May 14 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and expired motor vehicle registration over six months. Bond was set at $7,000.
• Jose Paguada, 36, Southeast 35th Avenue, was arrested May 15 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. Bond was set at $13,500.
• Richard Ramaglia, 41, Fort Pierce, was arrested May 16 by OCSO and charged with DUI and driving without a license. Ramaglia reportedly told the deputy he had been arrested for DUI three times before but had beaten the charge once by not taking the breath test, therefore he was refusing it this time. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Brittany Stricker, 28, Northeast Second Street, was arrested May 15 by OCSO and charged with DUI and child neglect without great bodily harm. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Dustin Bressler, 21, U.S. 441 North, was arrested May 17 by OPD and charged with perjury, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Breane Wheeler, 26, Palm Beach Gardens, was arrested May 17 by OCSO and charged with possession with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a house of worship and delivery within 1,000 feet of a house of worship. Bond was set at $30,000.
• Joseph White, 44, at large, was arrested May 18 by OCSO and charged with armed burglary of a dwelling, criminal mischief, grand theft and grand theft of a firearm. Bond was set at $27,500.
• Oreste Vergel, 49, Southeast 66th Drive, was arrested May 18 by OCSO and charged with felony battery by strangulation. He is being held without bond.
