Okeechobee Arrest Report
The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
• Samantha Devore, 25, Southeast 25th Street, was arrested June 17 by ONTF and charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Sheena Egan, 35, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested June 17 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• James Ihinger, 42, State Road 78 West, was arrested June17 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Naimah Campbell, 21, Northeast 16th Avenue, was arrested June 18 by ONTF and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Maria Dusen, 48, Northeast 13th Avenue, was arrested June 18 by ONTF and charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance and one count possession of cocaine. Bone was set at $15,000.
• Telitha Edinger, 31, Northeast 336th Street, was arrested June 18 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, possession with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and two counts possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $42,000.
• Paulette King, 31, Southeast 29th Street, was arrested June 20 by OCPD and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Norman Addams, 14, Southeast 32nd Avenue, was charged with two counts burglary of an occupied structure without force. He was transferred to the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
• Haley Chouinard, 25, Southwest Ninth Street, was arrested June 22 by ONTF and charged with possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver Fentanyl. Bond was set at $20,000.
