OKEECHOBEE -- The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
• Kenneth Nipper, 50, Southwest Second Avenue, was arrested August 12 by ONTF and charged with possession with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a specified area and possession within 1,000 feet of a specified area. Bond was set at $200,000. He was also arrested August 13 by ONTF and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Tim Miner, 59, Southeast 21st Court, was arrested August 12 by ONTF and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon and resisting arrest with violence. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Wilton Stone, 49, Avon Park, was arrested August 12 by OMTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Ayanna Luevano, 19, was arrested August 12 by ONTF and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol by a person under age 21. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Sandra Hodges, 56, Fort Myers, was arrested August 12 by OCSO and charged with two counts grand theft and four counts forgery. She is being held without bond.
• Malinda Yates, 37, Iowa Avenue, was arrested August 12 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence and resisting an officer without violence.
• Rebecca Fuquay, 29, Southeast Fifth Street, was arrested August 12 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Kendrick Mitchell, 20, Northeast 168th Street, was arrested August 12 by OCSO and charged with violation of probation on felony charges. He is being held without bond.
• Timothy Allen Jr., 18, Northwest Third Street, was arrested August 15 by OCSO and charged with battery on detention staff. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Jeremiah Rhoden, 41, Southeast 29th Street, was arrested August 15 by OCSO and charged with battery inmate on inmate. Bond was set at $3,500.
• Richard Stebbins, 49, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested August 14 by OCSO and charged with DUI. He was released on his recognizance.
• Carole Chambers, 58, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested August 13 by OPD and charged with driving without a license, habitual offender. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Anthony Hodges, 20, Northwest 30th Street, was arrested August 13 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Susan Matteson, 49, Lake Worth, was arrested August 13 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $250.
• Ernest Pomeroy, 34, Southeast 25th Street, was arrested August 13 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
