Okeechobee Arrest Report
The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Nicholas Pierce, 37, U.S. 441 North, was arrested May 20 by OCSO and charged with second degree arson and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $32,500.

• Michael Ciorrocco, 39, Southeast 30th Parkway, was arrested May 21 by OCSO and charged with battery and false imprisonment of an adult or child over the age of 12. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Kysell Richardson, 22, Northwest 17th Avenue, was arrested May 21 by OCSO and charged with carrying a concealed weapon and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $3,250.

• Kaylina Galvin, 16, Southeast 12th Street, was arrested May 21 by OCSO and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She was turned over to DOJJ.

• Cassidy Harden, 13, Northwest 34th Avenue, was arrested by OCSO and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery. She was turned over to DOJJ.

• Angela Kemp, 45, Northwest 27th Avenue, was arrested by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $750.

• Brandon Guerrero, 21, unknown, was arrested May 22 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Collin Henderson, 26, Southeast 68th Avenue, was arrested May 22 by OCSO and charged with possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon. Bond was set at $11,000.

• Jose Hernandez, 42, Southwest Seventh Street, was arrested May 22 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $15,000.

• Harley Junco, 19, Southwest 265th Street, was arrested May 22 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Gino Cordova, 35, Stuart, was arrested May 22 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.

• Franklin Brown, 29, Northwest 12th Street, was arrested May 23 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Bridgett Waldron, 45, Lake Placid, was arrested May 23 by OCSO and charged with possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
