Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

 

  • Shaun Brodeur, 48, Clewiston, was arrested July 1 by OCSO and charged with failure to return leased property. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Christian Werner, 52, Venice, was arrested July 1 by OCSO and charged with trafficking meth. Bond was set at $120,000.
  • Tameka Rosa, 37, Northwest Second Street, was arrested July 1 by OCSO and charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana, driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $51,500.
  • Mark Demelo, 45, Southeast 33rd Terrace, was arrested July 1 by OCSO and charged with possession of fentanyl and driving without a license. Bond was set at $10,500.
  • Toemyka Peterson, 43, Northwest Third Avenue, was arrested July 2 by OCSO and charged with engaging in public aid fraud. Bond was set at $7,500.
  • Daniel Estey, 27, at large, was arrested July 3 by OCSO and charged with unarmed burglary, possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, introduction of contraband into a detention center, criminal mischief, obstruction with violence, battery and assault. Bond was set at $22,500.
  • Kristina Peacock, 40, Northwest 102nd Street, was arrested July 3 by OCSO and charged with battery of a person 65 or older, DUI and operating a vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $6,500.
  • Tina Thomas, 47, Southeast 22nd Court, was arrested July 4 by OCSO and charged with aggravated assault, two counts child neglect and battery. Bond was set at $10,500.
  • Edgar Ochoa, 26, Northwest 95th Court, was arrested July 4 by OCSO and charged with possession of fentanyl, DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,500.
  • Mackenzie Delacruz, 25, Bird Nest Road, was arrested July 4 by OCPD and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
  • Rafael Brito, 50, Southeast 39th Avenue, was arrested July 5 by OCSO and charged with DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $3,000.
  • Brandon Matics, 45, Southeast 33rd Street, was arrested July 5 by OCSO and charged with possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
  • Justin Clendenin, 19, Northwest 282nd Street, was arrested July 5 by ONTF and charged with possession of ammunition by a delinquent. Bond was set at $20,000.
  • Sheila Schaeffer, 41, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested July 6 by OCSO and charged with possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
  • Leah Clase, 30, at large, was arrested July 6 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Joshua DeCola, 33, Englewood, was arrested July 6 by OCPD and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,000.
  • Jonna Kimla, 33, Southeast 20th Court, was arrested July 6 by OCSO and charged with possession of meth with the intent to sell and sale of meth. Bond was set at $120,000.
