Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Tiffani Morgan, 43, Northwest Eighth Avenue, was arrested March 27 by OCSO and charged with burglary of an unoccupied vehicle. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Scott Byrd, 32, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested March 28 by OCSO and charged with fleeing law enforcement with lights and siren active, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $22,500.
• Gary Nelson Jr., 45, Southeast 25^th Drive, was arrested March 28 by OCSO and charged with attempt to defraud. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Justin Cook, 29, Southwest 16^th Street, was arrested March 28 by OCSO on an out of state fugitive warrant. He is being held without bond.
• Alfonso Lares Jr., 27, Northwest Second Street, was arrested March 28 by OCPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,500.
• Nicholas Ruffino, 29, Virginia, was arrested March 28 by OCSO and charged with escape and two counts resisting arrest. Bond was set at $7,000.
• Casey Casen, 44, Northeast 14^th Avenue, was arrested March 29 by OCSO and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Jaden Stratton, 17, Jacksonville, was arrested March 30 by OCSO and charged with introducing contraband into a detention facility. He was transferred to the custody of the DOJJ.
• William Bussey, 48, at large, was arrested March 30 by OCSO and charged with unarmed burglary. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Damien Dixon, 46, Kissimmee, was arrested March 30 by OCSO and charged with introduction of contraband into a detention facility. Bond was set at $750.
• Tracy Arnold, 51, Northeast 30^th Avenue, was arrested March 31 by OCSO and charged with sale of oxycodone and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $50,000.
• Bobby Redden, 32, Northeast 11^th Street, was arrested March 31 by OCSO and charged with possession of MDPV, possession of MDMA, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $13,500.
• Amos Spells, 23, Northwest 42^nd Avenue, was arrested March 31 by OCSO and charged with exhibition/offender less than 18 and victim less than 18 and exhibition/offender less than 18 and victim less than 12. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Stephanie Slobnodnik, 42, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested April 2 by OCSO and charged with battery on a victim over age 65. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Houston Suarez, 37, Southeast Second Street, was arrested April 2 by OCPD and charged with grand theft auto. Bond was set at $5,000.
