The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
- Michael Frank, 60, Southeast 11th Street, was arrested April 5 by OCSO and charged with making harassing phone calls. Bond was set at $1,000.
- Danielle Harden, 32, Northeast First Terrace, was arrested April 5 by OCSO and charged with grand theft and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $5,500.
- Jaymarion Lawton, 19, Northeast 11th Street, was arrested April 5 by OCSO and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and dealing in stolen property. Bond was set at $50,000.
- Bernard Leonard, 28, Northwest 11th Street, was arrested April 5 by OCSO and charged with unarmed burglary and grand theft. Bond was set at $15,000.
- Theresa Bennett, 53, Southwest Martin Highway, was arrested April 6 by OCSO and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine. Bond was set at $50,000.
- Jaymarion Lawton, 19, Northeast 11th Street, was arrested April 6 by OCSO and charged with intimidating a witness or victim and violation of a no contact order. He was released on his own recognizance.
- Robert Tucholski III, 18, Northwest 282nd Street, was arrested April 7 by OCSO and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant woman, false imprisonment and intimidating or threatening a victim or witness. Bond was set at $30,000.
- Benjamin Wilson, 27, Jacksonville, was arrested April 7 by OCPD and charged with tampering with evidence, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $4,500.
- Alex Luarca, 51, Northwest 34th Avenue, was arrested April 8 by OCSO and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and discharging a firearm in public. Bond was set at $26,000.
- Alberto Cisneros, 54, Boynton Beach, was arrested April 9 by OCSO and charged with selling, possessing or using an animal for fighting or as bait. Bond was set at $6,000.
