The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Maria Martinez, 24, Northwest Seventh Street, was arrested Dec. 18 by OCSO Deputy Lee Ramnauth and charged with two counts aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and felony criminal mischief. Bond was set at $25,000.
• Noodle Costa, 27, at large, was arrested Dec. 18 by OCSO Deputy Robert Gonzalez and charged with grand theft auto. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Israel Pacheco, 16, Northeast Seventh Lane, was arrested Dec. 18 by OCSO Deputy Albaro Arana and charged with unarmed burglary, grand theft and criminal mischief. He was transferred to the custody of a parent.
• Michele Denise Humbard, 69, State Road 78 West, was arrested Dec. 19 by OCSO Deputy Jennifer Fairtrace and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $6,500.
• Tricia Maxey, 50, State Road 78 West, was arrested Dec. 19 by OCSO Deputy Jennifer Fairtrace and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $26,000.
• Thomas McGill Jr., 43, Madison Trail, was arrested Dec. 19 by OCSO Deputy Jennifer Fairtrace and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $60,000.
• Jeffrey Riffey, 53, Northwest Second Street, was arrested Dec. 19 by OCSO Deputy Jennifer Fairtrace and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Stroker Everhart, 28, Northwest Fourth Avenue, was arrested Dec. 21 by OCSO Deputy Mark Wright and charged with failure to return leased property. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Destiny Elliott, 21, Northeast 31^st Street, was arrested Dec. 21 on an out-of-county warrant. She is being held without bond.
• Corey Hardy, 42, Northwest 12^th Street, was arrested Dec. 21 by OCSO Deputy Aric Majere on violation of probation on felony charges. He is being held without bond.
• Jordan Mullins, 22, Lakeland, was arrested Dec. 22 by OCSO Deputy G. Greseth and charged with battery inmate on inmate. Bond was set at $20,000.
• Paul Arnett, 52, unknown, was arrested by OCSO Deputy Mark Wright and charged with DUI, failure to register a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Ismael Garcia-Hernandez, 31, Port St. Lucie, was arrested Dec. 25 by OCSO Deputy J. Timmons and charged with driving without a license/third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Alberto Perez-Encino, 23, at large, was arrested Dec. 25 by OCSO Deputy Devon Satallante and charged with grand theft auto. Bond was set at $3,500.
• Tiffany Curtis, 41, Hunter Road, was arrested Dec. 26 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI with property damage, driving without a license and failure to register motor vehicle. Bond was set at $1,250.
• Jose Alfredo Luna, 49, Northeast 28^th Terrace, was arrested Dec. 26 by OCPD Officer Rafael Castaneda and charged with DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Noe Ponce, 20, Northwest 46^th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 26 by OCSO Deputy Ivan Sanchez and charged with burglary of an occupied structure or conveyance, grand theft and unarmed burglary. Bond was set at $16,000.
• Raymond Stewart, III, 19, Melbourne, was arrested Dec. 26 by OCSO Deputy Bryan Holden and charged with battery on detention staff. Bond was set at $25,000.
