Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • Robert Schick, 47, State Road 70 West, was arrested Jan. 2 by OCSO Deputy Christopher Tulio and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Spencer Levin, 26, Ct., was arrested Jan. 3 by OCSO Deputy Gabriel Chavez and charged with aggravated battery on law enforcement and affray. Bond was set at $11,000.
  • Caleb Reuter, 26, Middleburg, Fla., was arrested Jan. 3 by OCSO Deputy Gabriel Chavez and charged with felony battery and affray. Bond was set at $11,000.
  • Michael Rivers, 28, Middleburg, Fla., was arrested Jan. 3 by OCSO Deputy Gabriel Chavez and charged with felony battery and affray. Bond was set at $11,000.
  • Ramiro Reyna, 33, Southeast 26th Street, was arrested Jan. 4 by OCSO Sgt. Aric Majere on an Okeechobee County warrant for burglary. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Matthew Smith, 16, Northwest 38th Avenue, was arrested Jan. 4 by OCSO Deputy Tyler Cox and charged with grand theft auto. He was transferred to DJJ.
  • Billy Ray Starnes, 34, Northeast 96th Avenue, was arrested Jan. 4 by OCSO Sgt. Aric Majere on an Okeechobee County warrant for writing or sending threats to kill or injure. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Joshua Madrigal, 25, Bear Clan Road, was arrested Jan. 4 on a felony warrant for violation of probation. He is being held without bond.
  • Noah Southerland, 63, Northeast 103rd Avenue, was arrested Jan. 4 by OCSO Deputy Joshua Coonfare and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • James Trammell, 46, Southwest Sixth Street, was arrested Jan. 5 by OCSO Cpl. Michael Cauley and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $7,000.
  • Jose Sotomayor, 27, Port St. Lucie, was arrested Jan. 6 by OCSO Deputy Andrew Wolgamott and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
