The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Josephine McDuffie, 53, Northwest Ninth Avenue, was arrested on May 9 by OCSO Deputy D. Rogers and charged with second-degree petit theft/third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Stephanie Lynn Sontai Perez, 44, Southeast 95^th Trail, was arrested May 8 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell. She was released on her own recognizance.
• Jimmy Gomez Jiminez was arrested May 8 and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and driving without a license.
• Eddie Cardinas, 48, at large, was arrested May 8 by ONTF and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine. Bond was set at $500,000.
• Eliceo Moises Mendoza, 39, Northwest 26^th Terrace, was arrested May 8 by ONTF and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of alprazolam, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $306,000.
• Christina Garrett, 40, Southeast 28^th Street, was arrested on May 8 by ONTF and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $301,0000.
• Richard Tijerina, 41, Southeast 95^th Trail, was arrested on May 8 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell. Bond was set at $100,000.
• Bobby Arnold, 23, Northeast 56^th Avenue, was arrested on May 3 by OCSO Deputy Jennie Busbin and charged with DUI with property damage. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Joseph Lance was arrested on May 11 and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and criminal mischief.
• George Williams was arrested on May 11 and charged with battery, hindering communication with law enforcement and false imprisonment of an adult.
• Richard Heatherington, 53. Southeast 27^th Street, was arrested May 11 by OCSO Deputy Karson Reno and charged with possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence and DUI. Bond was set at $8,000.
• David Jones, 33, Moore Haven, was arrested May 13 by OCSO Deputy Christopher Tullio and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana over 20 grams and driving without a license. Bond was set at $43,500.
