The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Jacob Hernandez, 21, Northwest Third Street, was arrested May 20 by OCSO Deputy Dylan Abdelquader and charged with driving without a license/third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Bobbi Jo Yates, 34, Az., was arrested May 18 by OCPD Matt Grumbling and charged with possession of cocaine and driving without a license. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Adrien Smith, 22, Southeast Eighth Avenue, was arrested May 20 by ONTF and charged with possession of cocaine and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $120,000.
• Ryker Waddell, 20, Northeast 15^th Street, was arrested May 21 by ONTF and charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams, possession with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Saul Mondragon, 23, Northwest 38^th Avenue, was arrested May 21 by ONTF and charged with possession of cocaine and carrying a concealed firearm. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Adrien Smith, Southeast Eighth Avenue, was arrested May 20 by ONTF and charged with possession of oxycodone and possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $20,000.
• Chester Zukowski, 89, Northeast 80^th Avenue, was arrested May 21 by OCSO Deputy Timothy Porter and charged with two counts possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Katherine Bibergall, 66, U.S. 441 North, was arrested May 22 by OCSO Deputy Robert Murtagh and charged with driving without a license/third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $2,500.
• William Santos, 51, West Palm Beach, was arrested May 20 by OCSO Deputy Gage Greseth and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Michael Lebrun, 29, Northwest 31^st Avenue, was arrested May 17 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
