The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Brittany Jividen, 31, Lake Placid, was arrested May 31 by OCSO Deputy Robert Murtagh and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Paul Colban, 56, State Road 78 West, was arrested June 2 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Kara Knop, 45, State Road 78 West, was arrested June 1 by OCSO Deputy Alejandra Rodriguez and charged with DUI with property damage and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Roderick Demery, 52, Northeast 17^th Avenue, was arrested June 5 by OCSO Deputy B. Cross and charged with tampering with evidence and possession of marijuana under 20 grams. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Devinn Rodriguez, 26, Southeast 14^th Avenue, was arrested June 5 by OCSO Deputy Vincent PeterPaul and charged with habitually driving without a license. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Wesley Jensen, 35, Southwest 10^th Avenue, was arrested June 3 by OCSO Deputy Alexis Bieger and charged with habitually driving without a license. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Robert Murphy, 19, Northwest 23^rd Lane, was arrested June 6 by OCSO Deputy Vincent PeterPaul and charged with tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana under 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Andrea Freeman, 35, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested June 10 by OCSO Deputy Brady Rhodes and charged with resisting an officer with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer and battery. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Mark Dexter Smith was arrested June 7 and charged with damaging a tomb or monument.
• Takia Corde was arrested June 7 and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams.
