Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • Andelso Enrique Roblero Perez, 20, was arrested April 14 by OCSO Deputy J. Benjamin and charged with failure to remain at a crash involving injury. Bond was set at $7,000.
  • Edgerrin James Billie was arrested April 14 by ONTF and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in fentanyl, possession of marijuana more than 20 grams, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and fleeing or eluding.
  • Catrina Edison, 34, Northeast 13th Avenue, was arrested April 14 by ONTF and charged with possession of narcotics within 1,000 feet of a specified area and possession with intent to sell in a specified area. Bond was set at $300,000.
  • Armando Garcia was arrested April 16 by ONTF and charged with possession of a controlled substance and sale of a controlled substance.
  • Kenneth Timmer, 54, Port St. Lucie, was arrested April 15 by ONTF and charged with trafficking in narcotics and habitually driving without a license. Bond was set at $50,000.
  • Armando Garcia was arrested April 16 by ONTF and charged with possession with intent to sell and sale of a controlled substance.
  • Thomas Joseph Sullivan Kayser Jr., 21, Southeast 32nd Avenue, was arrested April 16 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $20,000. 
  • Jeffrey Curcio was arrested April 15 by OCSO and charged with two counts habitual driving without a license.
  • Amber Adams, 38, Northwest Ninth Avenue, was arrested April 13 by OCSO Deputy Alejandra Esquivel and charged with DUI with property damage. Bond was set at $2,000.
