The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Robyn Dunivan, 40, Virginia, was arrested May 6 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $9,500.
• William Zapata Miranda, 29, Northeast 11^th Court, was arrested May 6 by OCSO Deputy Robert Gonzalez and charged with battery on a person 65 years or older. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Freddie Shelby III, 41, was arrested May 7 by OCSO Deputy Michael Wright and charged with battery on a person 65 years of age or older. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Axel Enrique Romero Santos, 19, Northwest 39^th Circle, was arrested May 7 by Francisco Hernandez and charged with unarmed burglary of an occupied structure and trespass. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Joseph Foley, 47, Southeast 24^th Street, was arrested May 7 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Katie Fry Suggs, 38, Southeast 24^th Street, was arrested May 7 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Damon Cook, 45, Northwest 38^th Avenue, was arrested May 9 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $8,000.
• Christopher Willis, 38, Northeast Seventh Lane, was arrested May 9 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Russell Powell was arrested May 10 and charged with DUI and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
• Luke Greeson was arrested May 9 and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.
