The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Thomas Kayser, 21, Southeast 32^nd Avenue, was arrested June 29 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond has not been set.
• Charles Spiva, 30, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested June 29 by OCSO Deputy Vincent Peterpaul and charged with possession of hydromorphone, possession of methamphetamine, fleeing law enforcement and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $12,500.
• Daniel Tindall, 44, at large, was arrested June 28 by ONTF and charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $8,000.
• Willie Jones, 43, Northwest 18^th Street, was arrested July 1 by OCSO Deputy Brady Rhodes and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Kenneth Feightner, 46, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested July 2 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with DUI and fleeing law enforcement. Bond was set at $3,500.
• James Smith, 66, was arrested July 3 by OCSO Deputy Brady Rhodes and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Artemio Daciel Velasco Garcia, 18, Pompano, was arrested July 4 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI and possession of marijuana over 20 grams. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Mario Enrique Garcia Mendez, 32, Pompano, was arrested July 4 by ONTF and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Vincent Ranallo, 59, Southeast 38^th Avenue, was arrested July 6 by OCSO Deputy Gabe Greseth and charged with domestic battery by strangulation, battery, resisting arrest, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment and escape. Bond was set at $60,000.
• Johnsie Nelson, 60, Jacksonville, was arrested July 4 by OCSO Deputy William Jolly and charged with giving food or clothing to an inmate. Bond was set at $2,500.
