The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Charles Spiva, 30, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested June 29 by OCSO Deputy Vincent Peterpaul and charged with possession of hydrocodone, possession of methamphetamine, fleeing law enforcement and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $12,500.
• Daniel Tindall, 44, at large, was arrested July 28 by CAT Cpl. Richard Varnadore and charged with possession of fentanyl, two counts possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $18,000.
• Willie Jones, 43, Northwest 18^th Street, was arrested July 1 by OCSO Deputy Brady Rhodes and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Kenneth Feightner, 46, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested July 2 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with DUI and fleeing law enforcement. Bond was set at $3,500.
• James Smith, 66, Fort Pierce, was arrested July 3 by OCSO Deputy Brady Rhodes and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Artemio Velasco Garcia, 18, Northwest 12^th Street, was arrested July 4 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI and possession of marijuana over 20 grams. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Mario Garcia, 32, Northwest 12^th Court, was arrested July 4 by CAT Cpl. Richard Varnadore and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Vincent Ranallo, 59, Southeast 38^th Avenue, was arrested July 6 by OCSO Deputy Gabe Greseth and charged with battery, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment, escape, resisting arrest and aggravated battery. Bond was set at $60,000.
• Johnsie Nelson, 60, Jacksonville, was arrested July 4 by OCSO Deputy William Jolly and charged with attempting to smuggle items into a prison. Bond was set at $2,500.
• John Starnes, 72, Northeast 23^rd Lane, was arrested July 10 by CAT Cpl. Richard Varnadore and charged with attempting to commit a felony and hindering firefighter or equipment. Bond was set at $8,000.
• Kristie Brown, 39, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested July 10 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI and child neglect. Bond was set at $7,000.
• Alundria Fuller, 25, Belle Glade, was arrested July 9 by OCSO Deputy Skylar Casian and charged with seven counts smuggling currency into a detention facility, one count sexual misconduct with an inmate, two counts introduction of a vape device into a detention facility and one count smuggling a controlled substance into a juvenile facility. Bond was set at $43,500.
• Ainsley Whitton, 36, Southwest 162^nd Avenue, was arrested June 30 by OCSO Deputy Alejandra Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Vladamir Tanev, 73, Port Charlotte, was arrested July 5 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Jamey Santos, 34, Southeast 58^th Drive, was arrested July 2 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with DUI.
• Brian Chapman, 27, Southwest 22^nd Street, was arrested July 4 by OCSO Deputy Jennifer Fairtrace and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Christopher Miner, 36, Southeast 21^st Court, was arrested July 13 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $8,500.
• Brandon Cardenas, 33, Northwest 16^th Avenue, was arrested July 11 by OCSO Deputy L. Johnson and charged with criminal mischief and resisting arrest with violence. Bond was set at $11,000.
