The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
Vlasmir Hernandez Gonzalez, 29, Northwest 11th Avenue, was arrested Sept. 13 by OCSO Deputy Dylan Abdelquader and charged with battery by strangulation and burglary with assault or battery. Bond was set at $75,000.
Marisela Carillo Millan was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with sexual battery by a 24-year- old person on an a 16 or 17-year-old person.
Javaris Frost, 26, Northeast 11th Street, was arrested Sept. 15 by OCSO Deputy J. Benjamin and charged with aggravated assault without intent to kill. Bond was set at $10,000.
Jose Davila, 63, Northwest fifth Street, was arrested Sept. 16 by FWC Officer Hunter Pfeiffer and charged with harvesting or selling palmetto berries without a permit or permission. Bond was set at $1,500.
Benjamin Aguiler Huerta, 73, Northwest Fifth Street, was arrested Sept. 16 by FWC Officer Hunter Pfeiffer and charged with illegally harvesting palmetto berries. Bond was set at $1,500.
Eduardo Villoldo, 47, Brynwood Lane, was arrested by ONTF and charged with sale of methamphetamine and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $100,000.
Daniel Tindall, 44, Southeast 25th Street, was arrested Sept. 18 by OCSO Deputy Andrew Wolgamott and charged with possession of alprazolam, possession of drug paraphernalia and trafficking in methamphetamine. Bond was set at $111,000.
Noe Ponce, 22, Northwest 46th Avenue, was arrested Sept. 18 by OCSO Deputy Alejandra Esquivel and charged with tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $50,000.
Steven Barbee, 54, Northwest First Street, was arrested by OCSO Deputy Gage Greseth and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and giving false information to law enforcement. Bond was set at $34,000.
Andrew Simmons, 43, Southwest 11th Drive, was arrested Sept. 19 by OCSO Deputy Richard Varnadore and charged with possession of methamphetamine and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $10,000.
Nathan Wilson, 23, Southeast 14th Avenue, was arrested Sept. 18 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with three counts communication fraud, two counts petit theft, three counts unlawful use of a communication device and grand theft. Bond was set at $17,800.
Ronald Pena, 63, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with habitually driving without a license and improper endorsement. Bond was set at $3,000.
