Okeechobee Arrest Report
The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
Nathan Wilson, 23, Southeast 14th Avenue, was arrested Sept. 18 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with three counts communication fraud, two counts petit theft, three counts unlawful use of a communication device and grand theft. Bond was set at $17,800.
Ronald Pena, 63, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested Sept. 22 by OCPD Officer Ryan Holroyd and charged with habitually driving without a license and improper endorsement. Bond was set at $3,000.
Cole Dibiase, 22, South Parrott Avenue, was arrested Sept. 25 by OCPD Officer Alexis Bieger and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. Bond was set at $25,000.
Robert Miller, 35, Indiantown, was arrested Sept. 25 by OCPD Officer Alexis Bieger and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. Bond was set at $25,000.
Amanda Gibson, 44, was arrested Sept. 25 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,500.
Adam Rosa, 38, Andrea Lane, was arrested Sept. 25 by OCSO Deputy Karson Reno and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $35,000.
Jason Gillis was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with possession with intent to sell narcotics.
Eddie Howell, 55, BHR, was arrested Sept. 24 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of ammunition by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $41,000.
Jenessa Cowart, 46, Northeast 22nd Avenue and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $76,500.
Lawrence Owens, 52, Plantation, was arrested August 28 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,500.
Frank Zelenka, 78, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested august 28 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,500.
Keenan Jones, 19, Osprey Road, was arrested August 22 and charged with DUI and possession of marijuana resin. Bond was set at $3,500.
Cody Warner, 32, Northwest 39th Avenue, was arrested Sept. 5 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
Jeannie Rhoden, 54, Southeast 19th Terrace, was arrested Sept. 6 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
Pedro Castaneda, 68, Northwest 20th Avenue, was arrested Sept. 6 by OCSO Deputy Ricardo Hernandez and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
James Benniefield, 66, Northeast 18th Terrace, was arrested Sept. 5 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
Jose Perez, 36, Northwest 45th Terrace, was arrested August 29 by OCSO Deputy Karson Reno and charged with DUI and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $1,000.
Michael Radak, 44, Northeast 78th Way, was arrested Sept. 12 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with DUI and speeding over 100mph. Bond was set at $10,000.
Arielle Guerin, 39, Fort Pierce, was arrested Sept. 18 by OCSO Feputy Jennifer Fairtrace and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
Olga Maldonado, 40, Southeast 12th Avenue, was arrested Sept. 20 by OCSO Deputy R. Baker and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
Rodrigo Lopez Chavez, 20, Wash., was arrested Sept. 19 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
Daniel Poole, 23, Northwest 282nd Street, was arrested Sept. 24 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
