Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Baldemar Rodriguez, 30, Northwest 36th Avenue, was arrested on Oct. 14, by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Joshua Mathis, 23, Southwest 35th Street, was arrested on Oct. 16, by OCSO Deputy Van Deman and charged with child neglect without great harm and a misdemeanor of resisting an officer without violence. Bond was set at $2,250.

• Shannon Rosemann, 44, Southeast Eighth Street, was arrested on Oct. 18, by OCSO Deputy Harden and charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Devin Langford, 35, Southeast 27th Street, was arrested on Oct. 21, by OCSO Deputy Wright and charged with grand theft of a dwelling more than $100 but less than $300 and hinder/delay/prevent communication to a LEO. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Theresa Carter, 36, at large, was arrested on Oct.21, by OCSO Deputy Morris and charged with possession of methamphetamine, burglary of a conveyance and two misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and trespass of unoccupied structure/conveyance. Bond was set at $5,650.

• Kelly Parker, 42, US 441 Southeast, was arrested on Oct.21, by OCSO Deputy Wright and charged with two counts of battery on a LEO and resisting an officer with violence. Bond was set at $11,000.

• Jose Juarez, 41, Northeast Seventh Drive, was arrested on Oct. 21, by OCSO Deputy Fairtrace and charged with extorting or threatening a LEO and a misdemeanor charge of trespass other than structure or conveyance. Bond was set at $11,000.

• Billy Glover, 53, US 441 Southeast, was arrested on Oct. 21, by OCSO Deputy Larowe and charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor of battery touch/strike. Bond was set at $3,500.

• Robert Leitner, 39, Southeast 26th Street, was arrested on Oct. 21, by OCSO Deputy Morris and charged with burglary of a conveyance and a misdemeanor of trespass of unoccupied structure/conveyance. Bond was set at $2,650.

• Mark Garrett, 21, Northeast Seventh Street, was arrested on Oct. 23, by OCSO Deputy Cabrera and charged with grand theft more than $750 but less than $5,000 and unarmed burglary of unoccupied dwelling. Bond was set at $30,000.

• Cecil Vandiver Jr., 50, at large, was arrested on Oct. 23, by OCSO Deputy Rojas and charged with burglary with assault or battery, sexual battery on a person 18 years or older by a person 18 years or older, and false imprisonment of person. Bond was set at $120,000.
