The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Kristie Centers, 39, Homeless, was arrested Jan. 12 by OCPD Officer Ted Van Deman and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, trespass and indecent exposure. Bond was set at $7,000.
• Steven Kettler, 32, address unknown, was arrested Jan. 11 by OCPD Officer M. Duran and charged with possession with intent to sell methamphetamine, possession of a New Legend drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. Bond was set at $22,000.
• Kelly Chapman, 43, Southeast 33^rd Terrace, was arrested Jan. 14 by OCSO Deputy R. Baker and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,000
• Alejandr Sweat, 43, Northwest Second Street, was arrested Jan. 10 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI and refusal to submit to DUI testing. Bond was set at $900.
• Hilda Otero, 45, Port St. Lucie, was arrested Jan. 10 by OCSO Deputy Lawrence Merlino and charged with DUI and refusal to submit to DUI testing. Bond was set at $650.
• Ty Colavecchio was arrested Jan. 14 and charged with DUI.
• Paul Foley, 55, Southeast Fourth Street, was arrested Jan. 16 by OCSO Deputy Lawrence Merlino and charged with failure to change ID card or drivers’ license, sex offender failure to change contact info and failure to report an internet ID. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Agapito DeJesus, 54, Northeast 16^th court, was arrested Jan. 14 by OCSO Deputy Lawrence Merlino and charged with failure to register a motor vehicle, knowingly driving on a suspended license and possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $22,000.
• Luis Angel Ochoa Galvan, 18, Northwest 35th Drive, was arrested Jan. 15 by OCSO Deputy Rocio Mendez and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant woman. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Kelly Chapman, 43, Southeast 26^th Street, was arrested Jan. 15 by ONTF and charged with possession with intent to sell methamphetamine and sale of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $100,000.
• Robert Leitner, 39, Southeast 26^th Street, was arrested Jan. 15 by ONTF and charged with possession with intent to sell fentanyl, possession with intent to sell methamphetamine, sale of methamphetamine and sale of fentanyl. Bond was set at $160,000.
• Devon Mitchell, 37, Southeast 14^th Avenue, was arrested Jan. 15 by ONTF and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell and sale of cocaine. Bond was set at $150,000.
• Patrick Williams, 51, at large, was arrested Jan. 16 by OCPD Officer R. Holroyd and charged with petit theft/third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $2,500.
