The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
Isaias Mojica, 33, Northwest Seventh Street, was arrested Jan. 30 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with possession with intent to sell marijuana, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, possession with intent to sell marijuana resin, trafficking in psilocybin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $160,000.
Christopher Ernest, 20, Northeast Seventh Street, was arrested Jan. 30 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams, display of a weapon during a felony, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking in a controlled substance and possession with intent to sell THC resin. Bond was set at $120,000.
Britney Stefans, 33, Northeast 11th Street, was arrested Jan. 30 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, possession with intent to sell THC resin, trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $115,000.
Saiti Sawka, 30, Northwest 160th Street, was arrested Jan. 29 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and driving without a license. Bond was set at $10,250.
Kasara Taylor was arrested Feb. 4 and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon.
Stephen Knickrehm, 74, Il., was arrested Feb. 3 by OCSO Deputy R. Hernandez and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $5,000.
Mark Garrett, 21, Northeast Eighth Drive, was arrested Feb. 3 by OCSO Deputy Alejandra Rojas and charged with three counts possession of a photo of sexual performance by a child, two counts transmitting information harmful to minors and misrepresentation of age using a computer to lure pr seduce. Bond was set at $250,000.
Miguel Rodrigues, 40, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Feb. 4 by ONTF and charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts possession of narcotics. Bond was set at $101,000.
Alonzo Aiken, 63, Southeast 39th Terrace, was arrested Jan. 30 by OCSO Deputy Richard Varnadore and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $5,000.
Russell King, 57, Northeast 60th Avenue, was arrested Jan. 30 by OCSO Deputy Mark Wright and charged with DUI, refusal to submit to DUI testing and driving without a license. Bond was set at $10,500.
Ashli Clemons, 29, Tallahassee, was arrested Feb. 1 by OCSO Deputy Adam Ziegler and charged with DUI and refusal to submit to DUI testing. Bond was set at $10,000.
Ethan Kersey, 33, Southwest 10th Avenue, was arrested Feb. 2 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with DUI with property damage. Bond was set at $2,500.
Gustavo Tellez-Jaimes, 33, Northwest 10th Avenue, was arrested Feb. 1 by OCSO Deputy L. Merlino and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $2,500.
