The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Christina Moss, 34, Northwest Fifth Street, was arrested Feb. 6 by OCPD Officer Ashley Bieger and charged with grand theft and credit card fraud. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Daniella Johnson, 54, Northeast 120^th Street, was arrested Feb. 7 by OCSO Deputy Devon Satallante and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $500.
• Steven Russo, 30, Northeast Ninth Avenue, was arrested Feb. 9 by OCPD Officer Adam Davis and charged with child abuse without great bodily harm. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Travis Carr, 33, U.S. 441 North, was arrested Feb. 8 by OCSO Deputy Bryan Holden and charged with armed trespassing. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Kristina Peacock, 44, Northwest 103rd Street, was arrested Feb. 9 by OCSO Deputy Lawrence Merlino and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, escape and possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $47,500.
• Santos Gutierrez, 35, State Road 70 West, was arrested Feb. 12 by OCSO Deputy Matthew Grumbling and charged with battery and possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $7,500.
• Melissa Smith, 41, Southeast 28^th Street, was arrested Feb. 12 by OCSO Deputy Gabe Greseth and charged with possession with intent to sell oxycodone, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $33,000.
• Michael Allan was arrested Feb. 12 and charged with two counts possession of child pornography and in-state electronic transmission of child pornography.
• Maurice Latham, 37, homeless, was arrested Feb. 14 by ONTF and charged with possession of a Schedule I drug/more than 10 grams, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession with intent to sell a Schedule II drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $91,000.
• Anthony Gordon, 41, Southwest 28^th Street, was arrested Feb. 14 by ONTF and charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Tello Fabian Montoya, 26, Northwest Seventh Street, was arrested Feb. 14 by OPD Officer A. Davis and charged with habitually driving without a license. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Donald Hayes, Northwest Sixth Street, was arrested Feb. 13 by OCSO and charged with DUI, driving on a suspended license and refusal to submit to DUI testing.
