The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
Brittany Palmer, 41, Northwest 35th Avenue, was arrested on March 8 by OCSO and charged with DUI and failure to remain at the scene of an accident that caused damage to property or person. Bond was set at $3,500.
Aaron Suarez, 41, Northwest 30th Street, was arrested on March 13 by OCSO Deputy L Merlino and charged with robbery by sudden snatching, false imprisonment forcibly or by threat, battery with a deadly weapon and a misdemeanor of battery touch or strike. Bond was set at $41,500.
Zackery Knight, 37, State Road 78 West, was arrested on March 13 by OCSO Deputy K Reno and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and a misdemeanor of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $4,000.
Brianna Fulwider, 32, Northeast 26th Avenue, was arrested on March 15 by OCSO Deputy K Lowe and charged with burglary of a conveyance. Bond was set at $10,000.
Andrea Hatfield, 31, Northwest 24th Avenue, was arrested on March 16 by OCSO Deputy K Reno and charged with possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence and a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended with knowledge. Bond was set at $15,500.
Candice Nesby, 39, at large, was arrested on March 16 by OCSO Deputy M Wright and charged with unarmed burglary of a dwelling and a misdemeanor of trespassing of an occupied structure or conveyance. Bond was set at $76,000.

Matthew Shelby, 38, Maryland, was arrested on March 16 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of ketamine. He was also charged with two misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana under 20 grams. Bond was set at $6,000.
Abigail Dalmacio, 28, Maryland, was arrested on March 16 by OCSO and charged with possession of alprazolam and two misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana under 20 grams. Bond was set at $6,000.
Patrick McGuire, 37, Maryland, was arrested on March 16 by OSCO and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, possession of LSD and possession of cocaine. He was also charged with two misdemeanors of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana under 20 grams. Bond was set at $75,500.
David Coxe, 54, Sebring, was arrested on March 18 by FHP and charged with possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana under 20 grams. Bond was set at $7,000.
Jacob Kowalski, 33, Michigan, was arrested on March 18 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of MDMA, possession of amphetamines, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $8,500.
Amber Beckham, 30, Apopka, was arrested on March 18 by OCSO and charged with possession of psilocybin. Bond was set at $2,500.
Frank Platt, 36, Southwest 16th Street, was arrested on March 18 by OCSO and charged with possession of psilocybin and trafficking of LSD more than one gram. Bond was set at $25,000.
Campbell Bee, 28, Missouri, was arrested on March 18 by OCSO and charged with possession of psilocybin and possession of marijuana more than 20 grams. Bond was set at $5,000.
Kendall Hawkins, 43, Jacksonville, was arrested on March 18 by OCSO and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill and armed trespass of a structure of conveyance. Bond was set at $15,000.
James Durrance, 46, Sebring, was arrested on March 19 by OCSO and charged with fleeing and eluding law enforcement with lights & sirens and assault on an officer/firefighter/EMT. He was also charged with two misdemeanor charges of driving while license suspended with knowledge and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $32,500.
Jerry Tankersly, 66, Kenansville, was arrested on March 19 by OCSO and charged with possession of a weapon or ammo by a convicted felon and a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended with knowledge. Bond was set at $31,000.
Kayla Kondenar, 22, Coconut Creek, was arrested on March 19 by OSCO and charged with possession of cocaine, two counts of possession fentanyl. She was also charged with four misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $24,000.
Mary Lucero, 50, Southeast Fifth Street, was arrested on March 21 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, battery on an officer/firefighter/EMT and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly intoxication. Bond was set at $3,000.
Samuel Lewis, 29, Tampa, was arrested on March 22 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana resin. He was also charged with two misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $8,000.
Dinorah Rodriguez, 66, Homestead, was arrested on March 22 by OCSO and charged with introduction of contraband into a state correctional institution. Bond was set at $2,500.
