The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office (OCSO), The Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
• Derrick Cooper, 46, Clewiston, was arrested Jan. 22 by OCSO and charged with dealing in stolen property, giving false information to a pawn shop and petit theft. Bond was set at $16,000.
• Trinity Casselton, 31, at large, was arrested Jan. 22 by OCSO and charged with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied dwelling and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Donald Bush, 30, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Jan. 23 by OCSO and charged with aggravated battery and violation of pretrial release conditions/domestic violence. Bond was set at $10,500.
• Jacqueline Kelihananui, 33, was arrested Jan. 23 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, Bond was set at $5,500.
• Christy Kackley, 44, Northeast 29th Avenue, was arrested Jan. 24 by OCSO and charged with presenting false identification for regulated metals. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Serafin Sanchez, 35, Bradenton, was arrested Jan. 24 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Charles Beauchamp, 44, Southeast 35th Avenue, was arrested Jan. 24 by OCSO and charged with grand theft auto. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Marco Gamboa, 28, Belle Glade, was arrested Jan. 24 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Martin Macias, 27, Northwest 22nd Lane, was arrested Jan. 25 by OCSO and charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams and driving without a license. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Jose Tagle, 44, Southeast 26th Street, was arrested Jan. 27 by ONTF and charged with possession with intent to sell, manufacture or cocaine. Bond was set at $15,500.
• Robert Futch, 21, State Road 70, was arrested Jan. 27 by OCSO and charged with dealing in stolen property and unarmed burglary of an unoccupied structure and two counts violation of probation. Bond was set at $15,500.
