OKEECHOBEE – CSX Transportation will be making emergency railroad repairs between NW 9th Street and NW 7th Street in the City of Okeechobee from Thursday, July 16, from approximately 7 a.m. through Saturday, July 18, 2026. The crossing will be closed to all thru traffic while repairs are underway.
A posted detour will be in place, and motorists are encouraged to add additional travel time, using caution in the area.
