Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Eduardo Nunez, 31, Northwest 11^th Drive, was arrested May 19 by OCSO Deputy Gabe Greseth and charged with possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on an expired license/more than six months and driving without a license with knowledge. Bond was set at $6.500.
• Brandi Gomez, 42, Northwest Ninth Avenue, was arrested May 21 by ONTF and charged with tampering with evidence and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Blanca Ruiz Dominguez, 25, Vero Beach, was arrested May 15 by FHP Troper R. Perez and charged with DUI causing the death of a human or unborn child, DUI with damage to another person and two counts DUI with property damage. Bond was set at $30,000 for counts 2-4, but she is being held without bond for count one.
• Diego Armando Perez, 24, Clewiston, was arrested May 25 by OCPD Officer R. Mattson and charged with grand theft and resisting without violence. Bond was set at $7,500.
• Dillon Hill, 25, Northwest 18^th Street, was arrested May 22 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Irvin Jaimes, 33, Clewiston, was arrested May 25 by OCPD Officer R. Mattson and charged with possession of cocaine and grand theft. Bond was set at $7,500.
• Esther Cepeda Solano, 59, Port St. Lucie, was arrested May 24 by OCSO Deputy J. Busbin and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana over 20 grams. Bond was set at $25,000.
• David Salazar, 18, Northwest 25^th Avenue, was arrested May 24 by OCSO Deputy M. Wright and charged with battery and domestic battery by strangulation. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Jemarcus Sutton, was arrested May 24 by OCSO Deputy N. Conroy and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana over 20 grams. Bond was set at $25,000.
• Eddie Howell, 55, Linda Road, was arrested May 27 by OCSO Deputy Vincent Cabrera and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,500.
• Linda Matute, 74, Southeast fourth Street, was arrested May 27 by OCSO Deputy Vincent Cabrera and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $4,000.
• Eirion G. Isaiah-Moore, 19, Southwest Seventh Avenue, was arrested May 30 by OCSO Deputy C. Donnelly and charged with causing someone to become delinquent, false imprisonment and child abuse. Bond was set at $7,000.
• Joseph Albritton, 36, at large, was arrested May 30 by OCSO Deputy Vincent Cabrera and charged with resisting without violence, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Peter Hickey, 65, Sebring, was arrested May 19 by OCSO Deputy M. Wright and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Ricardo Jose Perez Arguello, 32, Northeast 207^th Street, was arrested May 24 by OCSO Deputy C. Morris and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
