OKEECHOBEE — Mayor Dowling Watford ran into future Okeechobee Culver's managers while out of town recently. The two women told him the Okeechobee restaurant was hoping to open in November. They said the biggest holdup is the sewer hookup, but they hoped it would be resolved soon.  They added that they could not open until the street is paved, but Mayor Watford said that should be taken care of soon.
