OKEECHOBEE - On May 31, 2020, Okeechobee County Sheriff's deputies responded to the Four Season area in reference to a shooting. After further investigation, 43-year-old Venus Doris Bubel was arrested on charges of second degree murder with a firearm and attempted first degree murder with a firearm/discharge of a firearm. Bubel is being held without bond. The adult female victim succumbed to her injuries. No further information to release at this time.
