OKEECHOBEE — On Thursday, April 4, the Yearling Middle School FFA Land Judging team had a great day practicing. They had even better day at the middle and high school State Land Evaluation Championship on Friday, April 5. Congratulations on bringing home a third place finish! The Land Judging CDE is designed to stimulate learning activities related to soils and their best use. Event highlights include evaluating soil pits and completing a homesite evaluation. The YMS team members include - Kinsley V, Levi M, Grady S, Jace M (zipping up his blue jacket for the first time today), and Makenna N.
