The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), Glades County Sheriff's Office (GCSO) or Seminole Police Department (SPD).

• Jarrett Bert, 25, was arrested Oct. 19 by GCSO and charged with a felony traffic violation and violation of probation. He is being held without bond.
• Ephraim Bronson, 48, Okeechobee, was arrested Oct. 21 on a violation of probation charge. He is being held without bond.
• Avontra Moore was arrested Oct. 22 by GCSO and charged with a felony traffic violation. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Daniel Nunez, 30, Okeechobee, was arrested Oct. 22 by SPD and charged with kidnapping, aggravated battery, obstructing justice and violation of probation. Bond was set at $35,000, but he is being held without bond on the violation of probation charge.
• Darcy Shaw, 55, homeless, was arrested Oct. 24 by GCSO and charged with drug possession, possession of marijuana and resisting an officer. Bond was set at $11,500.
• Clayton Williams, 33, Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 20 by GCSO and charged with violation of probation. He is being held without bond.
