Community members viewed works by local artists and sipped wine on Saturday at Okeechobee Main Street’s Art and Wine Walk on Park Street on Saturday, June 18.
This casual summer experience took guests through various participating businesses located in the Okeechobee downtown area. Each business had a featured artist, showcasing their art work or music. Businesses offered guests wine tasting, appetizers and promotional offers.
Participating artists included Sharon Cannon, Fawn McNeil Barr, David Joyner, Paulette Wise, Kathie Papasso, Shirley Palmer, Maureen Fulginiti, Michelle Weidner, Theda Bass and Erica Ryan.
Participating businesses included Absolutely Art Studio, Brown Cow Sweetery, Stafford’s Salon, Nature’s Pantry, Nutmeg’s, Toni’s Chic Boutique, The Hope Chest, Beautiful Mess Boutique and Boost.
