The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), April 21-28.

• Secilia Martinez, 34, of Riveria Beach, was arrested April 21 by Deputy D. Givans on charges of felony probation violation.

• Rochelle Whylly, 32, of South Beach, was arrested April 22 by Deputy M. Ramos on charges of fleeing & eluding LEO with lights.

• Carlos Albuerne, 27, of Hudson, was arrested April 23 by Deputy N. Velasquez-Olvera on charges of possession controlled substance without prescription.

• Jessica Alvarez Rodriguez, 36, of Clewiston, was arrested April 24 by Deputy D. Blanco on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription, burglary- occupied dwelling, battery and aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill.

• 17-year-old male, of LaBelle, was arrested April 24 by Detective K. Rosada on charges of homicide.

• Natalie Simmons, 26, of LaBelle, was arrested April 24 by Deputy A. Bell on charges on 2X felony probation violation and withholding support.

• Bryce Fenby, 32, at large, was arrested April 25 by Deputy J. Keith and charged with felony probation violation.

• Alejandro Riva, 21, of Davie, was arrested April 25 by Deputy B. Dibernardino on charges of fleeing & eluding/disregard for safety driving while license suspended.

• Melvin Ford, Jr., 35, of Clewiston, was arrested April 25 by Deputy L. Rodriguez on charges of possession of controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of drug equipment and possession of controlled substance without prescription.

• Terrence Laketh Saint Lot, 31, of South Bay, was arrested April 26 by Deputy I. Cadena on charges of DUI – after license suspended and DUI.

• Lorena Vergara, 40, of Clewiston, was arrested April 27 by Cpl. L. Rodriguez on charges of aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill.

• William Schnuck, 42, of Naples, was arrested April 27 by Deputy E. Atkinson on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug equipment.
