The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), June 30 - July 7.

• Jimmy Clercino Louisius, 40, LaBelle, was arrested on July 1, by Deputy Sheriff D. Givans on Outstanding Warrants on charges of sale of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell and use of two-way device to facilitate a felony.

• MiClenton Pierre, 30, Immokalee, was arrested on July 2, by Deputy Sheriff A. Bell on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Shane Cypress, 54, Clewiston, was arrested on July 2, by Deputy Sheriff G. Sosa on charges of felony of violation of probation.

• Steven John Wendell, 35, Clewiston, was arrested on Deputy Sheriff F. Brutus on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Derril Denver Powery Ebanks, 27, West Palm Beach, was July 2, by Cpl. V. Lopez on charges of fraud – obtain property by trick, theft of motor vehicle, exploitation of elderly and false ID given to LEO.

• Brad A. Richardson, 44, LaBelle, was arrested on July 2, by Deputy Sheriff J. Newbern on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug equipment.

• Matthew Richard Elliott, 27, Clewiston, was arrested on July 3, by Deputy Sheriff A. McCarty on four counts of felony probation violation and misd. contempt of court.

• Yoan Manuel Sardinas Mederos, 34, North Ft. Myers, was arrested on July 3, by Deputy Sheriff A. McCarty in charges of felony violation of probation.

• David Scott Jones, 34, Moore Haven, was arrested on July 3, by Deputy Sheriff O. Gonzalez on charges of driving while license suspended – habitual offender and resist arrest.

• Emilio Heredia Magana, 31, Clewiston, was arrested on July 4, by Deputy Sheriff I. Cadena on charges of Aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill and child neglect without great bodily harm.

• Desarae Dawn Davis, 36 Clewiston, on July 5, by Deputy Sheriff M. Ramos on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and theft of motor vehicle.

• Charles Justin Ellis, 35, Clewiston, on July 6, by Deputy Sheriff K. Melgoza on charges of aggravated battery on pregnant Woman.
