The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), July 21-28.
• Jalen Rashad McKelton, 29, Okeechobee, was arrested July 21 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of battery on LEO, resist officer with violence and DUI.
• Leatrice Cypress-Cummings, 25, Immokalee, was arrested July 21 by Deputy D. Givans on a charge of felony probation violation.
• Ricardo Carmona, 42, Avon Park, was arrested July 23 by Deputy D. Givans on a charge of felony failure to appear.
• Brando Videsh Kumar Shamsundar, 23, Clewiston, was arrested July 23 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug equipment.
• Lemorris Davis, 38, Ft. Myers, was arrested July 24 by Deputy D. Givans on a charge of felony probation violation.
• David Rodriguez Rico, 38, Clewiston, was arrested July 24 on charges of flee & elude LEO, obstruct without violence and driving while license suspended.
• Kimberly Casten, 48, LaBelle, was arrested July 25 by Deputy M. Ramirez-Reyna on charges of violation of conditional release, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.
• Jesus Rosales, 25, Plant City, was arrested on July 25 by Deputy G. Camacho on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription.
• Rogers Hughley, 71, Clewiston, was arrested July 25 by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of possession of drug equipment and possession of controlled substance without prescription.
• Annetta Gaddy, 48, Clewiston, was arrested July 26 by Deputy B. Dibernardino on a charge of DUI.
• Reinaldo Naranjo-Martinez, 44, Clewiston, was arrested July 26 by Deputy G. Brutus on a charge of felony battery.
• Jodi Pipkins, 33, Clewiston, was arrested July 26 by Deputy G. Camacho on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and out of county felony warrant.
