The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), Aug. 11-17.

• Julissa Mobley, 34, Lake Placid, was arrested Aug. 11 by Deputy A. McCarty on charges of fleeing & eluding LEO.

• Antonio Perez, 41, LaBelle, was arrested on Aug. 11, by Deputy D. Givans for 2X felony probation violation and 2X felony failure to appear.

• Victoria Eugenia Varela, 43, N. Miami was arrested on August 11, 2025, by Deputy Sheriff C. Link on charges of DUI, DUI with Property Damage to State Property and DUI with Property Damage to Personal Property

• Oscar Russ, 27, LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 12 by Deputy B. Dibernardino on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription.

• Bob Rice, 29, Ft. Myers, was arrested Aug. 12 by Deputy M. Frazier on charges of felony violation of probation.

• Altidor Dieudonne, 51, Immokalee, was arrested Aug. 12 by Deputy Agricultural Officer A.J. Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission

• Sherley Etienne, 43, Immokalee, was arrested Aug. 12. by Deputy Agricultural Officer A.J. Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission and providing false/forged palmetto berry harvest permit.

• Christopher Perez, 38, Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 12, by Deputy K. Melgoza on outstanding warrants for battery on LEO, resist officer with violence and disturbing the peace.

• Caleb Billie, 22, LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 13, by Deputy D. Givans on outstanding warrants of battery – 2nd or subsequent offense, battery – strangulation, 3 counts of felony violation of probation and an out of county warrant.

• Jose Sanchez, 28, Miami, was arrested Aug. 13 by Deputy Agricultural Officer A.J. Maynard on charges of flee & eluding, and driving while license suspended/revoked.

• Thomas Vantassel, 21, LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 14 by Deputy K. Melgoza on charges of burglary occupied dwelling and petit theft.

• 14-year-old male, LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 14 by Deputy E. Vasquez on charges of false report concerning the use of firearm in a violent manner.

• Ricardo Carmona, 42, Avon Park, was arrested Aug. 14 by Deputy M. Frazier on a charge of felony probation violation.

• 16-year-old male, LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 15 by Sgt. R. Krasinskas on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, firing a weapon in public, improper display of a firearm and disorderly conduct.

• James Michael Smith, 69, LaBelle, was arrested on Aug. 15 by Deputy Sheriff D. Calvo-Driggs on charges of Sex Assault

• Darrius Treadwell, 29, Clewiston, was arrested on Aug. 15 by Detective K. Rosado on charges of homicide, firing a weapon in public and outstanding warrant – failure to appear.

• Miguel Colon, 62, Clewiston, was arrested on Aug. 16 by Deputy N. Velasquez-Olvera on charges of DUI.

• Darin Courson, 29, Okeechobee, was arrested Aug. 16 by Sgt. M. White on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permit.

• Michael Murphy, 36, Okeechobee, was arrested Aug. 16 by Sgt. M. White on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permit.

• Philip Alvardo, 30, Immokalee, was arrested Aug. 16 by Deputy H. Ramirez Garcia on charges of DUI and reckless driving.

• Nasiar Rivera, 23, Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 17 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug equipment.

• Cirilo Hernandez, 40, LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 17 by Deputy A. Najjar for out of state warrant.
