The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), Sept. 1-7.
• Jorge L. Rodrigeuz, 52, LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 1 by Deputy I. Cadena on charges of DUI and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license.
• John Downey, 52, Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 1 by Deputy F. Brutus on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Reneir Estevez Paez, 35, Royal Palm Beach, was arrested Sept. 1 by Deputy F. Brutus on an out-of-state fugitive warrant.
• Ashley Escobar, 32, Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 2 by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked, possession of marijuana under 20 grams, possession of controlled substance without prescription and out of county warrant.
• Jean Ibal Lerger, 58, Immokalee, was arrested Sept. 2 by Ag. Deputy A. J. Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission and driving while license suspended/revoked.
• Jose Hernandez Mendez, 37, Immokalee was arrested Sept. 2 by Ag. Deputy A. J. Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission and making a false report.
• Mary Paul, 58, Immokalee, was arrested Sept. 2 by Ag. Deputy A. J. Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.
• Michael Williamceau, 57, Naples was arrested Sept. 2 by Ag. Deputy A. J. Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.
• Cirelien Michal, 62, Lehigh Acres, was arrested Sept. 2 by Ag. Deputy A. J. Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.
• Rosema Louis, 51, Lehigh Acres/Immokalee, was arrested Sept. 2 by Ag. Deputy A. J. Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.
• Wadson Willliamceau. 30, Naples/Immokalee, was arrested Sept. 2 by Ag. Deputy A. J. Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.
• Prudhomme Saintadieu, 61, Naples/Immokalee was arrested Sept. 2 by Ag. Deputy A. J. Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.
• Elitais Williamceau, 62, Naples, was arrested Sept. 2 by Ag. Deputy A. J. Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.
• Paulver Cineas, 63, Lake Placid was arrested Sept. 2 by Ag. Deputy A. J. Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.
• Guilet Desimord, 51, Immokalee, was arrested Sept. 2 by Ag. Deputy A. J. Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.
• Velcia Saintilais, 49, Naples/Immokalee was arrested Sept. 2 by Ag. Deputy A. J. Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.
• Lafortune Lorina, 55, Immokalee was arrested on September 2, 2025, by Ag. Deputy A. J. Maynard on charges • of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.
• Emanute Senatis, 57, Immokalee, was arrested Sept. 2 by Ag. Deputy A. J. Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.
• Miguel Villa, 37, Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 2 by Deputy R. Gosa o charges of possession of marijuana under 20 grams and tampering with evidence in criminal proceeding.
• Cinelien Michel, 62, Lehigh Acres, was arrested Sept. 3, by Deputy D. Givans on 2X felony violation of probation.
• Yaunah Burchell, 27, Moore Haven, was arrested Sept. 3 by Deputy G. Willis on 2X grand theft, fraud – obtain property and fraud – credit card.
• Neida Hernandez, 30, LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 3 by Cpl. L. Rodriguez on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug equipment.
• Cairo Frank Dalama Otero, 41, Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 3 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of possession of drug equipment, possession over 10 grams of a scheduled substance, possession with intent.
• Antoinette Thopmas, 61, LaBelle was arrested Sept. 4 by Deputy D. Givans on charges of felony probation violation.
• Michelle Herring, 38, LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 4 by Deputy D. Givans on charges of failure to appear.
• Jakobie Jones, 24, Pahokee, was arrested Sept. 4 by Detective J. Goldberg on charges of attempted homicide, possession of firearm by Florida convicted felon and firing a weapon in public.
• Willie Avert, 51, Seminole, was arrested on Sept. 4 by Cpl. L. Rodriguez on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription, sale of controlled substance and possession of drug equipment.
• Devan Wide, 39, LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 5 by Deputy G. Willis on charges of felony probation violation.
• Elmer Martinez, 18, Immokalee, was arrested Sept. 5 2025 by Ag. Sgt. M. White on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.
• Michael Vahle, 43, LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 5 by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription, trafficking fentanyl, possession of drug equipment, carry concealed firearm, use or display of firearm and possession of firearm by Fla. convicted felon.
• Thomas Ciatteo, 56, Naples, was arrested Sept. 6 by Deputy D. Blanco on charges of DUI.
• Hector Rodriguez, 29, LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 7 by Deputy G. Sosa on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug equipment.
