The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), Sept. 8-14, 2025.

• Richel Myscadin, 37, Immokalee, was arrested Sept. 8 by Agricultural Sgt. M. White on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.

• Berta Norse, 61, Immokalee, was arrested Sept. 8 by Agricultural Sgt. M. White on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.

• Pierre Muscadin, 35, Immokalee, was arrested Sept. 8 by Agricultural Sgt. M. White on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.

• Jazmine Romero, 22, West Palm Beach, was arrested Sept. 8 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of possession of narcotic with intent to sell, possession of controlled substance without prescription, tampering with evidence in criminal proceeding and possession of marijuana under 20 grams.

• Wismick Aime, 34, Belle Glade, was arrested Sept. 8 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of possession of narcotic with intent to sell, possession of controlled substance without prescription, tampering with evidence in criminal proceeding and possession of marijuana under 20 grams.

• Danielle Bird, 34, Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 8 by Deputy B. Barrira on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked, possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug equipment.

•13-year-old female, Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 9 by Deputy M. Ramos on charges of aggravated battery on person 65 years of age or older.

• Zena Atkins, 38, Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 9 by Deputy D. Givans on charges of felony violation of release.

• Baltazar Lara, 41, Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 9 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of tampering with evidence in criminal proceeding and possession of controlled substance without a prescription.

• Amanda Spires, 38, Clewiston, was arrested by Deputy B. Barrira on charges of fleeing & eluding LEO, and operating a motor vehicle 100+mph.

• Junior Fahie, 37, Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 10 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of marijuana under 20 grams.

• Diego Matias, 24, Ft. Myers was arrested Sept. 10 by Deputy D. Givans on charges of sex assault.

• Monnelus Nelson, 66, Ava Maria, was arrested Sept. 10 by Agricultural Deputy AJ Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.

• Berthony Frederick, 56, Immokalee, was arrested Sept. 10 by Agricultural Deputy AJ Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berry without permission.

• Harley Pierre, 22, Margate, was arrested Sept. 10 by Detective J. Goldberg on charges of 2X use of two-way communication device to commit a felony, possession obscene material, depict child porn, harmful explicit communication to a minor and out of county warrant.

• Teria Downs, 54, LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 10 by K9 Deputy J. Newbern on charges of possession of firearm by Fla. convicted felon.

• David Herero, 34, Moore Haven, was arrested Sept. 12 by K9 Deputy O. Gonzalez on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug equipment.

• Christopher Petit, 21, Delray Beach, was arrested Sept. 12 by Deputy M. Frazier on charges of felony failure to appear

• Smiley Hendry, 59, Moore Haven, was arrested Sept. 12 by K9 Deputy M. Elsaid on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription.

• Georges Charlot, 30, Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 13 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription, driving while license suspended/revoked subsequent offense, possession of drug equipment and false ID provided to LEO

• Phillip Hicks, 50, Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 13 by Deputy N. Velasquez-Olvera on charges of tampering with evidence in criminal proceeding, possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug equipment.

• Haley Brooke Chappa, 28, LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 14 by Deputy M. Huapilla on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription.
