Hendry County Sheriff's Office swears in three new employees

LABELLE -- On Monday, May 23, Hendry County Sheriff Steve Whidden swore in three new employees to the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO). 

Tyler Williams was employed with Fort Myers Police Department for approximately seven years before being hired by Hendry County Sheriff’s Office. Williams is currently assigned to the Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol unit.

Angela Esquivel comes to Hendry County Sheriff’s Office from Glades County Sheriff’s Office. Before becoming a correctional officer, she was assigned to the Glades County jail control room and booking desk in the capacity of a civilian employee. In October 2019, she graduated from the Southwest Florida Public Service Academy in the area of corrections. Angela is assigned to the sheriff’s office jail.

Everton Morgan comes to Hendry County Sheriff’s Office with 15 years of law enforcement experience. He was previously employed by Rivera Beach Police Department and the Palm Beach County School Police. He is currently assigned to the Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol unit.
