On Friday, June 12, 2020 Brighter Bites will distribute healthy food to families in need in Hendry County. They will be distributing their fresh food boxes beginning at 9am at LaBelle Brewing Co, located at 670 W Hickpochee Ave in LaBelle.
“We love this community and are so proud to help give back to it” exclaimed owner Dan Peregrin.
Brighter Bites mission is to create communities of health through fresh foods. They have established a partnership with the Harry Chapin Food Banks and Lipman Farms. The nonprofit provides fresh fruit, produce and vegetables to 1,100 Collier County elementary school students and their families, comprising nearly 4,000 residents, mostly children.
