Kim Marroquin’s commitment is one of the first things you notice about her. She and her husband, Frank, are small business owners who offer a huge array of digital printing and embroidery services.

They began with a tanning salon in 2005. After years of running AT&T dealerships, Kim found she needed a bigger challenge.

She began with a tanning salon in 2005. Always creative, Kim expanded on her painting talent and decided to get into digital printing techniques. In 2007 she took over a local screen printing shop with absolutely no experience in that field.

“I’m a hands-on learner,” she said, “and figured out how to operate the machine using an unfamiliar software graphics program. She began with small signs and decals then went on to tackle designs on T-shirts.

Ragin’ Graphics really took off when she opened her shop on Bridge Street. She purchased a small embroidery machine and has since expanded to three machines.

Now she and her crew turn out amazing creations, both from standard and original designs, for shirts, caps, jackets – most anything a customer would want.

She has five employees, plus herself and her husband.

Ragin’ Graphics has the capability of producing large banners and even car wraps – the only local business that can do the work in-house.

In fact, all their printing is done on-premises including embroidery and screen printing.

Amanda Martinez has been working at Ragin’ Graphics for six years and is the embroidery specialist. It’s not all about clothes. Ragin’ Graphics can embroider seat covers, a headrest, dog vest, umbrellas and other various items.

Kim’s natural creativity comes into play when she designs logo for businesses and other groups. Even so, she now has a professional graphics artist, Joe Flores, who handles the very intricate and difficult creations.

Kim’s daughter Elanee is an FSW student who has mastered the screen print process and is seriously considering majoring in business management.

Ragin’ Graphics generally needs 10-15 days for an order but they do their best to accommodate rush orders, also.

They are now getting into retail faith-based apparel sales, so you will be able to stop by and purchase shirts, etc. In fact, Kim’s daughters, Brandynn and Elanee, are each creating their own lines of apparel. Brandynn is coming up with the faith-based line and Elanee wants to do a workout clothing line.

Kim is quick to offer her gratitude to John Mack of Clewiston –Maxi’s Screen Print - for his help in getting her started by willingly sharing his knowledge and experience.

In addition to local customers Ragin’ Graphics gets lots of work outside the area by word of mouth. She gets calls from Bonita Springs, Estero, Palmetto Ridge High School and even from as far away as Michigan and California.

But loyal local customers make up most of her clientele, including businesses, schools and regular folks who need personalized shirts and gifts.

Kim makes sure her prices are easy for people to handle, while she keeps the quality of her work high.

Faith is the foundation of Kim’s life, as is everything they do at Ragin’ Graphics.

Ragin’ Graphics recently was able to purchase the building at 461 S. Main Street (Ralph Elver’s old building), opening their doors just two weeks after the sale. Kim said that, like so many things in her life, God opened the door for this new move to a much bigger facility housing both the graphics business and the tanning salon, where Kristin Pack does spray tanning.
